Alternative Energy Humidity Control System

A returning c ustomer in the alternative energy industry  need ed a way to control and test humidity in a downstream process for the manufacturing of solar panels.  

Three custom water tanks

Ambient temperature: 20 °C

Operating pressure at the inlet: 1.00 PSIG

Max. pressure at the inlet: 25.00 PSIG

Gas – air

Flow rate – 60 liters per minute

The Solution:

The automated system created by the SDC team provides closed loop control of air stream humidity passing through a solar panel manufacturing cell. To control the humidity, the system automatically adjust s the flow rate of the air by opening and closing valves , controlling air flow and gas flow that passes through the water tanks , also known as  bubbler s .
